On April 19th, we had the immense honor of being present, through our wood and strings, at a spectacular concert starring the acclaimed Vietnamese guitarist Thu Le. For this very special event, our distributor Vu Hien kindly lent her his own Ramírez Tiempo model guitar for the performance.
During the evening, Thu Le performed an extensive and demanding repertoire consisting of eight wonderful songs, demonstrating once again her incredible ability to connect with the audience. Hearing the notes flow beneath her agile fingers is a true privilege, and seeing how the instrument responds with precision to her dynamic and expressive demands fills us with deep artisanal satisfaction.

The version used in the concert features a red cedar top. As we have recounted in our history on numerous occasions, this wood was pioneered in the Spanish guitar by José Ramírez III, providing that warmth and velvety nuances that perfectly match the artist’s expressiveness.
