On Saturday 19th June 2021 we had the pleasure of attending the concert of our friend the guitarist Paco Vidal in one of the events organized by Friends of the Guitar of Valencia under the direction of Juan Grecos at its new headquarters in the hotel SH Valencia Palace.
Paco not only moved us with his playing but also transported us to other idyllic atmospheres through his music where it is worth mentioning the interpretation of his Soleá (unnamed to be free to improvise), Pan y Taranta (story of his early years in Madrid) and the Granaína (dedicated to his wife Silvia).
The whole concert was threaded through stories and curiosities that were threading the development of the evening. As always, we are obliged to highlight the generosity and warmth of the public that we are accustomed to the Friends of the Guitar Association of Valencia, who create an atmosphere that makes both the artist and the visitor feel as if they were in their own home.
