Based on the construction of our “Sencilla” Flamenco Concert model , we have created this guitar with an exclusive and elegant design by Amalia Ramírez that commemorates our 140 years of history. Simple in construction, as its name suggests, this is a completely handcrafted guitar equivalent to our “second-grade” (2A) guitars.

The Ramírez Sencilla 140 Flamenca (2A) guitar is a tribute to the Ramírez workshop’s 140-year history. Designed by Amalia Ramírez, this guitar is based on the Sencilla Classical Concert model, incorporating exclusive and elegant details. Each of these instruments is handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest quality in every piece.
Crafted from select woods that have undergone a natural drying process lasting between 5 and 10 years, this guitar not only ensures stability but also offers exceptional tonal richness. It is the most basic model among our handmade guitars. We use woods with excellent tonal qualities, but with less aesthetic appeal and less thorough curing than those used in 1A guitars. These guitars are crafted by a second-tier luthier.
