The spirit of the Ram\u00edrez guitar in a bottle of brandy<\/h3>\n

At Ram\u00edrez Guitars, we have been committed to music through our guitars for over 140 years, and we are aware that when art meets other disciplines, something truly special is born. This is the case with an unprecedented collaboration: the creation of an artisan brandy \u201cmatured with music\u201d, in which our tablao guitar in the hands of our friend Ra\u00fcl Refree becomes the star of the process.<\/p>\n

This project, promoted by Sound Cask<\/strong> \u2014a pioneering company in the ageing of beverages with musical vibration\u2014 brings together the passion of three worlds: lutherie, music production and traditional distillation. In this special edition, the piece performed by our friend, the renowned musician and producer Ra\u00fcl Refree<\/strong>, was recorded with a Ram\u00edrez Tablao guitar<\/strong> and played during the brandy's ageing process, in direct contact with the barrels<\/p>\n

The power of vibration: how music transforms spirits<\/h3>\n

The principle behind this musical brandy lies in an innovative technique: applying sound waves directly to the wood of the barrels during ageing. The vibration produced by the music causes the liquid to interact more intensely with the wood, accelerating and refining the ageing process. In this case, the warm, deep sound of the Ram\u00edrez guitar<\/strong> has been responsible for guiding this dialogue between oak and spirit.<\/p>\n

As Sound Cask explains, \u2018every note influences the nuances of the brandy, every chord leaves its mark on the final flavour<\/em>\u2019. And when those chords come from a handmade Spanish guitar, with the tradition and sensitivity of Ram\u00edrez, the result can only be a liquid work of art.<\/p>\n

Ra\u00fcl Refree: contemporary sensibility at the service of tradition<\/h3>\n

Catalan musician Ra\u00fcl Refree<\/a> <\/strong>needs no introduction: producer of artists such as Rosal\u00eda and Silvia P\u00e9rez Cruz, his musical language combines experimentation with deep roots. For this collaboration, Refree has composed an exclusive piece that makes both the wood of the instrument and that of the barrel vibrate, in a play of intimate resonances.<\/p>\n

The guitar used, the Tablao model by Guitarras Ram\u00edrez<\/a><\/strong>, is a tribute to the traditional flamenco guitar, with a light construction, a bright tone and an immediate response. A perfect tool for conveying pure emotion through the strings.<\/p>\n
