That is why this year we are proud to launch the second edition of <strong>the Young Promises Flamenco Guitar Competition<\/strong>, an initiative designed to discover and support new flamenco talent.<\/p>\n<p  data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"579\"><a href=\"https:\/\/guitarrasramirez.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/cartel-concurso-gfjp-424x600-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27006 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/guitarrasramirez.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/cartel-concurso-gfjp-424x600-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"424\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p  data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"997\">This competition is backed by leading institutions such as the <strong>Escuela de M\u00fasica Creativa<\/strong>, the <strong>AIE<\/strong> (<strong>Sociedad de Artistas Int\u00e9rpretes o Ejecutantes<\/strong>), <strong>the Fundaci\u00f3n Paco de Luc\u00eda<\/strong> and <strong>Estrella Galicia<\/strong>. Together, we seek to offer a real platform for visibility and professional development for young flamenco guitarists with a vocation to compose, explore and bring a new perspective.<\/p>\n<h2  data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1050\">A prize that marks the beginning of a career<\/h2>\n<p  data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1472\">The <strong>prize for best composition<\/strong> is a statement of intent: we recognise not only performance, but also creative talent. The winner will have the opportunity to choose a <strong>Ram\u00edrez flamenco studio guitar from the new 140th anniversary model range<\/strong>, from two iconic woods: cypress and rosewood. The choice will be made at our shop on Calle de la Paz in Madrid, with personalised assistance from our team.<\/p>\n<p  data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1955\">Once selected, the guitar will be sent to our workshop for the installation of the <strong>LR Baggs<\/strong> amplification system, with which you will be able to tackle professional recordings and performances with complete confidence. We will be launching at the end of this year.<\/p>\n<h2  data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2013\">Professional broadcasting at our facilities<\/h2>\n<p  data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2649\">We know that today, talent also needs visibility. That is why, in addition to the instrument, the prize includes the recording of <strong>four professional videos<\/strong>: the winning piece and three additional pieces that the artist wishes to share. These recordings will be made in a single day at our facilities in Madrid, either in the shop or in the workshop, depending on availability. They will be recorded with the award-winning Ram\u00edrez guitar or another model from the company, and will be broadcast via our <strong>website and social media<\/strong>, which have a growing national and international audience.<\/p>\n<p  data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2817\">This format not only raises the artist&#8217;s profile, but also links their image to the Ram\u00edrez universe: tradition, excellence and a commitment to new generations.<\/p>\n<h2  data-start=\"2819\" data-end=\"2868\">Why this competition is a unique opportunity<\/h2>\n<p  data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"3305\">In addition to the prestige of winning a competition backed by institutions such as the Paco de Luc\u00eda Foundation and the AIE, this contest is part of a clear philosophy: building bridges between generations. Ram\u00edrez Guitars, with more than 140 years of history, has been the choice of artists such as Sabicas, Manolo Sanl\u00facar, Serranito, Ni\u00f1o Miguel, Riqueni, Camar\u00f3n, Enrique Morente, Miguel \u00c1ngel Cort\u00e9s, Jos\u00e9 Luis Mont\u00f3n, \u2026 Now we want to continue adding names to the legacy, supporting those who are just starting out.<\/p>\n<p  data-start=\"3307\" data-end=\"3784\">This competition also reflects our brand&#8217;s educational and cultural vocation: it is not just about selling instruments, but about <strong>supporting the evolution of flamenco music<\/strong> from its roots. That is why our support for the winning artist does not end with the award ceremony.
